Linda is a Grants Pass native, having spent the majority of her youth in the area. After graduating from college in Arizona, where she studied architecture, she then started working for a firm in Modesto, CA and lived there for many years.
Linda later decided to get her real estate license, and eventually started doing loan processing for a mortgage broker and also transaction coordinating for a real estate firm.
Linda has negotiated short sales and loan modifications with several banks for clientele.
Linda moved back home to Grants Pass in 2017, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in the real estate field and is looking forward to helping people find solutions to their individual real estate needs.
Linda has two grown children, one here and one that still lives in CA, and is a mom to several fur babies.
